The Oscar M. Lopez Center is inviting potential service providers to develop and enhance decision support tools, namely the eCCET Helper and Upturn Online Solutions Platform. These two tools aim to increase the capacity of the public to use evidence-based information in their planning and decision-making processes.
The service provider will render upgrades to the eCCET Helper, continue the design and development of the Upturn Online Solutions Platform, and make these two tools interoperable. The service provider will also conduct usability testing (optional), product launches, and maintenance for a year.
The eCCET Helper aims to assist planners in climate planning and budgeting, putting risk information at the forefront of planning and guides the planner through the Climate Change Expenditure Tagging (CCET) system of the government as a planning framework and strategy.
Still in its design phase, the Upturn Online Solutions Platform intends to help users to access and share data and information on climate change solutions and provide a tool that will assess local climate change risks and identify/prioritize adaptation solutions.
The service provider should be a digital company well-versed in web application, web design and development, content management system (CMS), and interactive media, and must meet the following eligibility criteria:
