Being an archipelagic country, the Philippines is composed of many coastal communities. In fact, 60% of our cities are located along the coast, including Metro Manila. With the continuing warming of the planet, these cities and communities are in danger from the impacts of sea-level rise.

To help decision-makers and planners of select coastal cities, the OML Center’s Sea Level Rise Project aims to provide them with practical, science-based information. The Sea Level Rise Project is meant to support decision-makers and planners create effective adaptation strategies toward climate change impacts.
