The OML Center is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term) who shall assist the Support Services Department of the Center. The engagement period will be from October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023, unless earlier terminated or completed.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will primarily provide assistance to the following:
- Printing, scanning, and organizing files and documents;
- Submitting the required documents to relevant government offices;
- Assist in procurement: Canvassing and preparation of procurement documents; and
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the Center.
- A College Graduate
- Must have at least one year of work experience in an Administrative role
- Residing or near Pasig City
- Computer Literate – MS Office, Zoom, etc.
- Familiar with Google Applications – Google Drive, Docs, etc.
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Willing to learn
