The OML Center has completed the preparation of the proceedings of the Third National Climate Conference: Climate-related Risks and Disasters organized last September 25, 2014  by  the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) in partnership with the OML Center. The proceedings includes the summary of the conference, conference statistics, messages, winning posters, and other relevant information about the event.
