The Oscar M. Lopez Center is inviting potential collaborators in developing an Online Solutions Platform for Project Upturn. The platform aims to raise awareness, understanding, and capacity of the public on climate change solutions available in the country. Using a co-production approach, the Center and the chosen collaborator will conduct user research and mini-workshops to design and develop the Online Solutions Platform.
Project Upturn intends to support the country’s climate change adaptation efforts by developing a platform that will allow users access to data and information on existing solutions, and providing tools that will allow Local Government Units to assess their climate risks and identify priority adaptation solutions.
Collaborators should have experience in developing websites containing planning or data gathering tools related to climate change or sustainable development.
Interested collaborators must express their interest by answering this Google Form on or before September 21, 2020, 5:00 PM PST. The Expression of Interest (EoI) should contain the following:
There will be a Briefing Session on September 23, 2020 via Zoom. All interested collaborators are invited to attend this event. Each interested collaborator will be given two (2) slots for this session. This is a chance to raise any questions and clarifications on the project. Interested collaborators must indicate interest and availability in the EoI to attend this session. Details will be sent via email.
