The Visayan Daily Star‘s Errol A. Gatumbato mentioned the OML Center and Climate Change Commission’s Philippine Climate Change Assessment Working Group 3 (PhilCCA WG3) in his column Conservation Matters. In an article entitled “The year that was”, published on January 7, 2018, Mr. Gatumbato referred to PhilCCA WG3 data on the increase of the country’s global greenhouse emissions and the industries that contributed to the increase.

The PhilCCA WG3 was launched at the 2018 Climate Change Consciousness Week. The column also highlighted other events and information related to the Philippine environment in 2018.
