The OML Center along with foundations under the umbrella of the Lopez Group of Companies including, Lopez Group Foundation, Eugenio Lopez Foundation, Inc., ABS-CBN Lingkod Bayan Foundation, Ang Misyon, Knowledge Channel, and Phil-Asia Assistance Foundation, Inc. joined a Workshop on Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness.

Atty. Maria Jasmine Medina-Almogino of Energy Development Corporation-KEITECH Educational Foundation and Mr. Luis Mendoza, PCNC’s Executive Director, gave a lecture series on the different avenues for the success of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The topics include: Vision, Mission & Goals (VMG), Governance, Internal Management, Program Operations, Financial Management, and Collaborative Linkages.

Every after a lecture, the participants were asked to do a self-assessment and provide recommendations for improvement on the current state of operations and management of their respective foundations.

The one and a half day workshop was held on 18-19 September at the Lopez Museum, Benpres Building, Ortigas, Pasig City. It was organized by the Lopez Group Foundation, Inc.
